Product Description

Product Structure and Characteristics

The product is designed to be small in size and simple in structure, making it exceptionally easy to operate with a long service life. It is available in 2P, 3P, and 4P configurations to suit various needs. The switch switching drive utilizes a single electric drive system, which ensures a stable, noise-free operation with low impact force.

Equipped with both mechanical and electrical interlocking for reliable switching. Both manual and automatic switching modes are available, providing flexibility for different operational requirements.

The rated current of commonly used and backup circuit breakers can be configured differently. The A.T.S. is equipped with professional wiring terminals for users to connect and monitor the circuit breaker status (open or closed). Additionally, the A.T.S. panel features various clear indications for real-time monitoring.

Operation

Manual Operation: This mode can be used regardless of whether the common or backup power supplies have voltage. To operate manually, set the manual/automatic button to the "manual" position. Rotating the handle clockwise to the terminal opens the standby circuit breaker (QR) and closes the common circuit breaker (QN). Conversely, rotating the handle counterclockwise closes the backup circuit breaker (QR) and trips the common circuit breaker (QN).

Automatic Operation: Set the manual/automatic button to the "automatic" position. If the common power supply is functioning correctly, the transfer switch will automatically engage the common power supply, indicated by the "common closing" light. If the common power supply fails, the system switches to the backup power supply, and the "backup alarm" indicator light will activate.

Technical Setup: The transfer switch includes two 1A fuses and one wiring terminal. The fuse provides short-circuit protection for the automatic controller. The wiring terminal is used for connecting indicator signals to the control box panel, providing an active power supply of AC 220V (150mA).
