GNW1-1000/1600/2000/3200/4000/6300 GNW1-1600 intelligent low-voltage universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage to 690V, rated current 200A-1600A in the distribution network, used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power equipment from overload, under voltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding (leakage) and other faults.

Product Description

Purpose and scope of use

GNW1-1600 intelligent low-voltage universal circuit breaker has an intelligent protection function, and the selective protection can improve the reliability of power supply and avoid unnecessary power outages. At the same time, it has an open communication interface, which is easy to connect with the fieldbus, and can realize the "four remote" functions to meet the requirements of the control center and automation system. Configure the corresponding leakage transformer and intelligent controller to achieve buckle point protection.
The circuit breaker has an isolation function and is represented by the symbol "_/| * × *". The circuit breaker with rated working current of 630A and below can also be used as fault protection for overload, short circuit, phase loss, under voltage and grounding of the motor in the AC 50(60)Hz, 400V distribution network. Under normal conditions, the circuit breaker can also be used for infrequent conversion of lines and infrequent starting of motors.
The circuit breaker complies with GB14048.1-2006 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment: General Provisions" and GB 14048.2-2008 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment-Part 2: Circuit breakers"; GB 14048.4-2003 "Electromechanical Contactors and Motor Starters for Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment" and other standards.

  • The circuit breaker is installed in the cabinet, and the door frame is installed, and the protection level is up to IP40.

  • Transportation and storage conditions of circuit breaker: -25°C to -55°C, up to +70°C in a short time (within 24 hours). The circuit breaker should be installed without explosion hazard and conductive dust, and without sufficient corrosion where metal is etched and insulation is broken, and the vertical inclination of the circuit breaker does not exceed 5°.
